As I reflect on this incredible year, one standout highlight was our successful expansion into hardware projects. While it may sound surprising for a company named “Performance Software,” we delivered test stands and production units for our customers. The trust our clients placed in us to step into this new territory—and our ability to deliver on those commitments—was immensely satisfying. It’s a true testament to our team’s adaptability and determination to embrace and excel at new challenges.
As always, I appreciate the trust our clients place in us. In 2024, we worked on some incredibly important projects for our customers. In many cases, these weren’t the easiest of projects, but once again the dedication and commitment of our employees shone through, and we went above and beyond. To all our employees, a heartfelt “Thank You” for consistently going above and beyond and for always putting our customers first—you make my job easy.
Looking ahead to 2025, there’s much to be excited about. We’re enhancing our AI capabilities and anticipate deeper collaboration with our clients in this space. Additionally, we’ve significantly strengthened our ability to serve European customers while offering differentiated offshore solutions globally. In 2025, we look forward to providing innovative, globally integrated solutions to meet the evolving needs of both existing and new clients.
