As we close out 2025, I want to extend my sincere thanks to the Performance team and to our valued customers and partners for an excellent year. One of the year’s proudest achievements has been the progress we’ve made implementing AI across the company. Our ability to successfully drive our culture toward an AI-first mentality, partnering with our customers to utilize AI on key projects, has been impressive — and there is much more to come in 2026.
As always, we are fortunate to have such outstanding employees and customers. In 2025, our team rose to every challenge, turning uncertainty into momentum, and I’m incredibly proud of the resilience and determination everyone showed. The trust our customers place in us, and the long-term relationships we have built with them, have helped us navigate the challenges of the year.
Looking ahead, we expect 2026 to be a year of growth, and we are excited to welcome many new additions to the Performance team.
