Sasha Andersen
General Counsel
Sasha is General Counsel at Performance, where she brings her extensive legal expertise and strategic vision. Sasha earned her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, receiving the top grades in Legal Writing and Legal Advocacy. She was also the Executive Note and Comment Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal and clerked for the Honorable Samuel A. Thumma at the Arizona Court of Appeals after law school.
Sasha began her corporate legal career at Performance, where she started its legal department from scratch. She left for a brief stint to serve as an Enforcement Attorney at the Securities Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission (AZCC). During her tenure at the AZCC, she led critical investigations into potential securities law violations, successfully litigated high-profile cases, and collaborated with regulatory bodies to develop impactful legal strategies.
Sasha’s return to Performance marks a continuation of her dedication to driving legal excellence and innovation.
