Finance Leader
John is a seasoned finance and audit leader with over two decades of experience spanning public accounting, firm leadership, and strategic financial oversight. He began his accounting career while still in college, serving as the sole accountant and bookkeeper for a small export-focused business. In his senior year, he added an audit internship at a public accounting firm, which led to a full-time role after graduation.
He spent several years in public accounting after joining a local firm, where he continued to grow his audit practice and deepen his leadership experience. Over time, he rose to Managing Partner. After a merger, he served as an audit partner and a firm-wide practice director.
After 20+ years in public accounting and firm leadership, John transitioned to industry and joined Performance in August 2025 as Finance Leader, bringing deep audit expertise and a people-centered leadership style to support the company’s growth across multiple entities.
