John DeBusk
Business Leader
John brings 39 years of experience in the Aerospace market supporting both commercial and defense sectors. He has worked for General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Elbit, FreeFlight Systems and Amazon in technical, program/project management and leadership roles.
The strong sense of “team” and collaboration inherent within Performance Software brought him to the company. According to John, “It was a no-brainer of a decision. I couldn’t be happier being a part of this fantastic team.” John is a big advocate of supporting the next generation of innovators and leaders, and maintains an open-door policy for those wanting to discuss career paths, skill enhancement, strategic and tactical strategies, and technology applications. John has a keen interest in growing our business and seeing PSW’s employees grow with it.
John has BS degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Southern Methodist University and an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. He holds both private and sUAS pilot certificates.
