Jamie Breese has been developing software for over 25 years. Having worked in numerous quality- and performance-critical industries including avionics, energy and financial services, he’s an expert in industry-standard and emerging platforms such as embedded, Windows, Linux, Android, iOS and OS/X and programming languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python and Perl to name a few. He is passionate about new product development and driven to bring challenging projects to successful conclusions, all while making sure clients know we are seriously committed to delivering high-quality solutions on time and on budget.

Jamie came to Performance when a colleague told him about about our unique business philosophy: be a true outsourcing partner, not just contractors for hire, and create products and services that deliver great value. During the interview, the quality of the team and the fact that they were committed to innovative product development hooked him. Sixteen years later, he believes in the vision and future of the company more than ever.

An alum of West Virginia University, Jamie earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
