Business Leader
Cyro is an Aerospace and Defense executive with over 30 years of experience. He excels in guiding teams through the entire product lifecycle, including customer acquisition, order management, sales and revenue recognition, design and product development, regulatory certification, production, sustainment, and P&L ownership.
Cyro offers a global perspective shaped by extensive travel and collaboration with diverse teams across domestic and international settings, both in-person and virtually. Throughout his career, he has held various roles, including VP of Engineering and Program Management, Senior Director of Design Engineering and Program Management, Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives, Product Line Director, Chief Technologist, Systems Engineer, and Product Design Engineer.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Avionics Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master of Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

“I grew up in Sarasota, Florida – home of John Ringling’s Museum, the Circus Hall of Fame, and the Circus Showfolks Club. My high school had a big top circus tent on campus – where students could learn circus acts.”
