Craig Anderson is a strategy and operations executive with extensive product leadership, engineering operations, and customer acquisition experience in the aerospace and digital technology industries. By taking an integrative approach to product development and technology, Craig collaborates cross-functionally to innovate and develop customer solutions. Craig’s ability to rally teams to solve critical challenges is one of the biggest assets he brings to Performance Studio leadership. He truly has a passion for launching new products and focuses on highly effective, systematic processes of outlining a clear vision and strategy to accomplish these goals.
He prioritizes a healthy balance of empathy and drive within his leadership style. Craig understands where team members are in their lives in order to support them when conflicts arise while continuing to hold them accountable to company goals. He encourages his team to reach their goals and celebrates their wins.
Craig has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and an MBA from Arizona State University.
