Performance Software, a trusted leader in engineering services and solutions for aerospace and defense, is proud to announce the relocation of its global headquarters within Phoenix, Arizona. The new facility—just a few minutes away from our current location—marks a significant milestone in our journey of growth and innovation.
Since our founding in 1998, Performance Software has proudly called Deer Valley—and more broadly, the Phoenix metro area—home. Over the years, we’ve expanded from one office to several, each move reflecting our continued growth. Our most recent location has supported us for over a decade, with multiple buildouts to keep pace with our evolving capabilities and growing team.
But now, it’s time for a new chapter.
Phoenix: A Thriving Aerospace & Engineering Hub
Beyond our own roots, we’re proud to be part of the broader Phoenix Valley—a region rich in aerospace heritage, technical talent, and innovation. Phoenix is home to many leading aerospace and defense organizations and benefits from proximity to world-class engineering programs at institutions like Arizona State University and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
As we continue to grow, our location in Phoenix remains a strategic advantage – connecting us to top engineering talent and a thriving, innovation-driven ecosystem.
Expanded Facilities for a Growing Hardware Operation
Our new headquarters not only provides a modern, collaborative space for our software and systems engineering teams, but it also introduces a new, significantly expanded hardware lab. This facility will enhance our ability to design, integrate, and test custom-built systems—including advanced avionics and test stands—enabling us to support a growing number of customer programs across aerospace and defense.
“This move represents more than just a change of address,” said CEO, Raj Ghate. “It positions us for continued innovation across both software and hardware engineering, while giving our team a space they can be proud of. We’re also doubling down on our commitment to the Phoenix Valley—an area that has supported our growth for over two decades and continues to be a hub of aerospace excellence.”
Though the relocation is nearby, we’re committed to minimizing any disruption to our customers and employees.
