Tom Hull

Business Leader

An experienced engineer and entrepreneur, Tom has an extensive history of serving quality-critical industries. Prior to joining Performance, he spent 25 years in telecom with nearly half of this time in key management roles leading large embedded software development teams and programs.

In 2007, it was time for a change and Tom found Performance’s supportive culture the perfect fit for his work style: a collaborative environment where people are valued and everyone works together to get things done right the first time, and an atmosphere where excellence and commitment to customer success are a way of life.

Tom became a business leader in 2014 and now drives the focus, success and growth of Performance’s Controls, communications/SATCOM and geospatial information system business units. The role is well suited to his multifaceted skills and his passion for supplying quality solutions that drive repeat business and long-term relationships, and satisfy the growing needs of his clients and their programs. To date, Tom has successfully program managed over 35 DO-178 projects for a variety of avionic customers.

Tom graduated with a double major from the University of Wisconsin and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Statistics.
