Performance Software provides comprehensive compensation and benefits packages to meet our employees' individual needs.

Compensation Package
Performance Software's compensation package is comprised of three distinct components: salary, profit sharing, and stock options.

To attract the best talent, we offer a salary that is highly competitive with the industry. Include the bonus plan and value of stock options and our compensation is outstanding. The best deserve the best.

Profit sharing is paid out for meeting project timelines. We are successful because our teams consistently beat timelines for projects and the teams are financially rewarded for their hard work in over-delivering on Performance Software's promises to our customers.

Stock option schedules are presented at time of hire and are awarded on contribution to the success of Performance Software. Every person in the Performance Software family is an owner of the company.

In addition, employee benefits such as health insurance and a tax-free retirement savings plan are available to all Performance Software employees.

Performance Software is proud to have been voted as one of the "Best Places to Work" in the Valley by the Phoenix Business Journal and BestCompaniesAZ in 2007.
