Timothy
A. Bigelow - CEO
Mr. Bigelow is an industry veteran with over 12 years experience
in the digital communications and embedded software industry.
His experience includes five years of executive leadership
with Performance Software. Mr. Bigelow was the founder of
Bphone.com, a company that provides telecommunication solutions
to small and medium businesses. Under his leadership, Performance
Software has continually met aggressive growth goals and
ranks among the top 500 fastest growing privately held companies
in the U.S. Mr. Bigelow holds a BS in Electrical Engineering
from North Dakota State University with additional MBA training
from Arizona State University.
Percy Sanford –
Program Director
Mr. Sanford has over 12 years of digital communication and
embedded software experience. Mr. Sanford began his career
working for the Central Intelligence Agency traveling abroad
installing telecommunication equipment at various clandestine
sites. Mr. Sanford's career transitioned to the avionics
industry where he held various engineering positions and
titles at Honeywell Inc. Working at Honeywell Inc., he received
several distinguished awards and recognitions for his expertise
in hardware/software/system integration and his commitment
to customer satisfaction. Mr. Sanford was also given the
opportunity as a Staff Engineer at Motorola Inc. to develop
and integrate telephony application and low-level software
for Motorola's first release of 800 MHz and 1900 MHz CDMA
cellular phones. Upon joining Performance Software in 2000,
Mr. Sanford has lead several multi-million dollar programs
with an on time delivery and on budget schedule averaging
over 96%. Mr. Sanford holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Electrical Engineering from Southern University in Baton
Rouge, Louisiana.
Mark Latham –
Finance Director
Mr. Latham has worked in the Accounting and Finance field
for over 12 years. He has worked as an Auditor, Accounting
Manager and Project Manager for financial system implementations.
In his role at Performance Software he is responsible for
overseeing all financial and administrative issues. In addition,
Mr. Latham manages IT, Facilities and Human Resources. Prior
to his work at Performance Software, Mr. Latham worked for
companies such as American Stores, Robert Half Intl., and
Imaginarium. While at American Stores, he was on a team
that managed a payroll system conversion for 385,000 employees,
in 20 states. Mr. Latham holds a Bachelors of Science Degree
in Accounting from Metro State University in Denver, Colorado.
Scott Ziebarth - Operations
Director
Mr. Ziebarth brings over 15 years of experience in the networking
and telecommunications industry to the Performance Software
leadership team, including experience in developing complex
voice and data systems. Rising to executive positions from
the role of systems architect and senior systems engineer
for carrier class products, Mr. Ziebarth's expertise includes
hardware, software, and systems integration. Most recently,
he was general manager of Mayan Network's Phoenix Division,
where he managed the implementation of a new ATM subsystem
and customer beta trials of the Unifier Multi-Service Edge
Switch (MSM). For 12 years, Mr. Ziebarth designed telecom
products for the Lucent /GTE joint venture, AG Communication
Systems (AGCS). At AGCS, Scott lead and participated in
teams responsible for the design and systems architecture
of ATM, DS1/DS3 DACS, SONET/SDH, ISDN, Class 5 Central Office
Switching, and H.323 VoIP Gateway product developments.
Mr. Ziebarth received two Strowger awards, the company's
highest technical achievement, for designs in ISDN and High
Density DS1/DS3 DACS systems. As Access Planning Director
at AGCS, he led analysis of emerging technologies and championed
ADSL and Voice-over-IP technologies and is the author of
a number of white papers on voice/data network convergence.
Mr. Ziebarth holds a Bachelors of Science degree with honors
in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Michigan State
University.
Raj Ghate - Sales and Marketing
Director
Mr. Ghate has over 10 years experience in the areas of Software
and Hardware Engineering, Information Technology, Contracts,
Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Management.Mr. Ghate
began his career as a design engineer at Computing Devices International,
a military electronics company. After returning to school for his
graduate degree in business, Mr. Ghate began work for Honeywell in
the role of IT Auditor. In this position, Mr. Ghate traveled around
the world evaluating Honeywell's computing infrastructure sites.
Mr. Ghate later moved into Honeywell's Sales and Marketing organization,
where he progressed through a wide range of positions, including Business
Development Manager for Honeywell's new venture into the in-flight
entertainment market via an airborne TV product offering. Mr. Ghate
left Honeywell for a position of Sales and Marketing Director at
Driessen Aircraft Interior Systems. During this time, Mr. Ghate led
a worldwide Sales Team responsible for sales in excess of $40M.
At Performance Software, Mr. Ghate is responsible for New Business
Development. Mr. Ghate holds an Electrical Engineering degree (B.A.Sc.)
from the University of Waterloo, and a Masters degree in Business (M.B.A.)
from Arizona State University.
